Our experience comes from working on facilities in Poland. We look beyond the fit-out: how customers book a unit, sign a contract, make payments and enter the facility matters to the daily operation. We can help with property search and analysis, the unit layout and installation, VeniCub, marketing and a website. You can choose individual services or combine them for the launch.

Fit-out services and scopeVeniCub
It supports reservations, contracts, payments, invoices, access control and customer service. We review the payment and invoicing setup and the required integrations for an international deployment.
The facility planner, customer records and rental documents use the same unit and reservation data. Operators can follow availability and the rental process in one system.
